The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the hiring strategy of an organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or relevant HR roles.
  • Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top-tier talent effectively and efficiently.
