The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to meet the strategic goals of an organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist actively collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develops comprehensive talent pipelines, and utilizes both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining accurate recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing the employer brand to attract the best candidates. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, insightful interviewing skills, and a passion for crafting a compelling candidate journey from start to finish.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs accurately.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing tools.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to identify the best talent fit.
  • Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by effective communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Create and distribute job advertisements on internal and external job boards strategically.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to actively promote the organization's brand.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve strategies and report on key performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into recruitment practices.
  • Provide training to other HR staff on effective recruitment practices and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for two years.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate candidate interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and navigate different management styles.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing social media and digital platforms for recruitment.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
