Sr. Java Full Stack Developer – Lead 30M26

The Senior Java Full Stack Developer – Lead is a key member of our technology team responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of high-impact applications using the Java programming language. As a seasoned developer, you will lead a team of skilled professionals in creating robust, scalable, and secure applications that meet the needs of our diverse client base. You will take the initiative in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering, designing, coding, testing, to deployment. This role not only requires technical expertise but also strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide your team towards achieving project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with extensive experience in modern Java frameworks, web technologies, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks for backend development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js and JavaScript.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing software development teams.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, best practices, and architectures.
• Experience with agile development processes and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proficient in database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within set timelines and budgets.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
