Job Description

A Social Media Executive is fundamentally responsible for curating a brand's online presence and effectively engaging with the target audience through social media platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance company visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users while fostering a dialogue with followers.
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Identify and develop strategies for influencer partnerships to expand audience reach.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
  • Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and inform future content creation.
  • Coordinate and host social media brand events, both online and in-person.
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure they reflect brand values and objectives.
  • Collect user feedback to refine and improve social media engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media analytics tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Creative approach with an ability to design innovative social media campaigns.
  • Capability to multitask and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
