Site Engineer – Civil & Interior 19J25

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer with specialization in both Civil and Interior projects, designated as 19J25. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing construction and interior design projects, ensuring that all works comply with specified standards and client requirements. The role demands a strong understanding of construction processes, project management, design principles, and a keen eye for detail. As a Site Engineer, you will be interacting with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination and the successful completion of projects within time and budget constraints. A passion for construction and interior design, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing day-to-day site operations to ensure project objectives are met.
• Liaising with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align on project specifications.
• Conducting site surveys to assess conditions and prepare construction plans accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering including civil and interior projects.
• Proficient in industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project is necessary.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
