  • Prepare and implement strategic client account plans tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to keep clients informed of service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends to proactively address potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior relationship managers within the team.
  • Engage in cross-selling activities to maximize product and service uptake.
  • Track and manage client satisfaction metrics to ensure high levels of client retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the current client base and market reach.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in relationship management within the financial sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a capacity to influence client decisions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools.
