Job Description

The Senior Business Development Associate is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for strategizing and driving growth through new business development initiatives. This position plays a critical role in expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, initiating strategic partnerships, and cultivating long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record in sales or business development. They will work closely with senior management to align business strategies with broader organizational goals and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, innovative, and have exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to secure business agreements with partners.
  • Track sales and business development performances and metrics regularly.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities.
  • Support senior management in business planning and strategic initiatives.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business development staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
