We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic architectural firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and managing complex architectural projects. As a Senior Architect, you will lead project teams to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet client needs. You will be instrumental in all phases of the design process, from conceptual design through construction administration. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of architectural practices and principles. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, possessing both technical expertise and a passion for excellence in design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design to completion successfully.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure project success.
• Evaluate project designs for compliance with specifications, building codes, and regulations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and create project documentation thoroughly.
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and technical staff effectively and constructively.
• Lead sustainability efforts in project design and incorporate green building strategies.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Participate in client and community meetings, representing the firm professionally.
• Identify potential design risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure high quality and detail in all design and architectural deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new methods into practice continually.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; a Master's degree preferred for consideration.
• At least 10 years of architectural experience with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering successful architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability best practices.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interface with clients.
• Architectural license or certification is required in relevant states of practice.
