We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The Senior Architect will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that projects are designed and executed with precision. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through final delivery stages.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and requirements for successful project execution.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, ensuring professional growth and skill development.
• Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders, including consultants and contractors, for seamless project integration.
• Evaluate and ensure project designs comply with all regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing in alignment with design intentions.
• Implement sustainable and innovative design solutions to meet client and project needs.
• Resolve project challenges through strategic thinking and problem-solving methodologies.
• Participate in client presentations and design review meetings, effectively communicating ideas.
• Ensure delivery timelines and budgets are adhered to, optimizing resource allocation when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
• Licensure or certification as a Registered Architect is preferred and highly advantageous.
