The SEM Executive (Performance Marketing) is a pivotal role within our digital marketing team, charged with optimizing and executing search engine marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive sales. This role requires an analytical mindset and familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. They should have a strong understanding of metrics and trends to inform best practices and strategic decisions. Additionally, they should be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to align SEM initiatives with overall marketing goals, ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies for brand growth.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed performance reports.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for effective ad creation.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and keywords to target.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor market initiatives and marketing strategies.
  • Create and test ad copy to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Utilize data-driven performance analysis to refine SEM strategies effectively.
  • Stay updated on SEM trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
  • Coordinate with SEO team to ensure that SEM and SEO strategies align.
  • Manage budget allocation for SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in performance marketing or SEM role.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM tools needed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage data.
  • Proven track record of managing PPC campaigns with successful results.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and presentations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
