  • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to the management team as required.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled swiftly and professionally.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful closing deals.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and a determination to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
