Job Description

A Sales Engineer is a key link between the company's sales and engineering teams. Responsibilities

  • Provide post-sale technical support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in strategy sessions with sales and engineering teams.

  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations impacting customers.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for sales staff and distributor networks.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to suggest product enhancements.
  • Travel to customer locations for onsite consultations and technical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales role.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet customer and project requirements.
