Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical advisor and provide expert guidance to customers and sales teams.
  • Work closely with product development teams to provide client feedback and insights.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase products.
  • Gather and analyze market and customer information to inform product development.
  • Provide post-sale technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry technologies to continuously enhance technical knowledge.
  • Manage technical aspects of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present effectively.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing large, complex sales cycles and negotiations.
  • Proficiency in relevant technology and software specific to the industry focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into simple, understandable information for clients.
