Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and communicating client information within the team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, sales events, and conferences.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about products.
  • Support sales teams with logistical support and distributing marketing materials.
  • Track sales leads and communicate appropriate follow-up steps to sales personnel.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, trends, and feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Work alongside the finance department to ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Develop sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales coordination or related administrative support role.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices required.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and sales tracking tools required.
