Job Description

As a Retail Sales Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in a retail environment. You will be responsible for understanding customers' needs, providing detailed product information, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. A successful Retail Sales Promoter will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area at all times.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to the marketing and sales team for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to offer accurate and helpful information.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all product lines.
  • Implement sales and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and reach.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management for product replenishment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and complaints.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; further education is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Positive attitude and appearance with a strong customer-focused mindset.
