Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future by identifying and attracting top talent. You will leverage multiple sourcing strategies and internal and external networks to ensure the best candidates are hired to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and people skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is adept at multitasking and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans tailored to specific job requirements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Use social media, job boards, and databases to source viable candidates.
  • Screen resumes and job applications, selecting candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate competencies and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a candidate database for current and future employment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop strategies for diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Provide feedback to candidates regarding interviews and recruitment process outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies during recruitment.
  • Participate in career fairs and maintain professional relationships with educational institutions.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management software.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Sound understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
