We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates to meet the strategic and operational needs of our company. You will be expected to work closely with various departments to ensure the recruitment process is consistent, fair, and aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with department managers.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience to meet job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates throughout the process.
  • Prepare and communicate job offers and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from hiring managers regarding candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on current recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR to improve our recruitment strategy and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal employment and equality regulations.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong ability to conduct interviews and evaluate potential candidates.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and practices relevant to the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional performance in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
