Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in the talent acquisition process, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting the best candidates for a variety of positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies to fill open positions with top talent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a key representative of the company, you will ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruiting, as well as a passion for finding and securing the best talent in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create and post compelling job descriptions on various job portals and platforms.
  • Identify and source potential candidates using databases, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Strong ability to source candidates using a variety of recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
