  • Attend training and workshops to enhance skills and promote professional development.

Requirements

  • State Real Estate License or certification is mandatory for this role.
  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets, property management, and valuation techniques.
  • Capability to work independently with a results-driven and client-focused approach.
  • Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office and real estate databases.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property visits.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
