• Participate in the investigation of customer complaints related to product quality and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure that all safety and regulatory requirements are consistently met during inspections.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in quality inspection or a related field is required.
