Quality Checker- Garment 09M26

As a Quality Checker in the garment industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our customers. Responsibilities

• Inspect garments at different stages of production to identify defects or discrepancies.
• Ensure all manufactured garments comply with established quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with production staff to rectify quality issues identified during inspections.
• Document and report quality control assessments and findings to the production manager.
• Implement quality control processes to improve efficiency and product reliability.
• Conduct final product inspections before garments are approved for shipping to customers.
• Train and guide production staff on quality inspection procedures and standards.
• Assist in developing and updating quality control policies and inspection criteria.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor and review processes to ensure continuous improvement in product quality.
• Participate in quality control audits and implement corrective actions based on findings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to enhance quality control operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a quality checker or inspector in the garment industry.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and quality control techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality garments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with production teams.
