Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure software quality.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly and efficiently.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Maintain and improve automated test scripts for continuous integration.
• Analyze test results to discover and document defects, bugs, and errors.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on testing results and quality metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing testing processes and practices.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies for implementation.
• Support the roll-out of projects in collaboration with team members.
• Assist in user and system requirements reviews to identify testability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA engineer or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or JUnit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
