Python/Django Developer (225-925)

We are seeking a skilled Python/Django Developer who will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application; a basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for coding, a creative mindset, and the ability to work alongside a team of talented developers to deliver innovative software solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-availability and performance applications using Django.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following industry standards.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement software improvements.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements.
• Develop back-end components that connect applications with other web services.
• Manage deployment and continuous integration of Django applications.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and best practices in software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Python/Django Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2 or Mako.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems and environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
