Job Description

The Project Coordinator is an integral part of the project management team, responsible for organizing and managing project activities to ensure successful project delivery. This role demands excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines. The Project Coordinator ensures that all project tasks are aligned with company objectives and managed within budgetary constraints. They work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly. By effectively coordinating resources and schedules, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in achieving project milestones and successful completion.


Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Facilitate project meetings to align team members on goals and tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for resource allocation.
  • Update and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget tracking and ensure project remains financially viable.
  • Handle project-related communications between teams and departments.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project standards are met.
  • Support project team with technical and administrative assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
