Preschool Teacher 07J26

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for preschool-aged children. You will work closely with a diverse group of young learners, crafting engaging lesson plans that cater to their developmental needs and interests. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about guiding young minds and fostering a love for learning in our students. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children.
• Create a safe, secure, and nurturing learning environment for all students.
• Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child regularly.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through creative activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning environment.
• Maintain classroom organization and manage student behavior positively and fairly.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet children’s varying needs and interests.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for classroom management.
• Encourage students to explore, ask questions, and develop their own ideas.
• Participate in school-wide functions, events, and professional development opportunities.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records on child development and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• State certification to teach in a preschool setting is preferred.
• Previous experience teaching preschool or early childhood is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with children and parents.
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum lessons.
• Cultural sensitivity and commitment to diversity and inclusion in the classroom.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
