Job Description

As a Presales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our sales team and the technical resources within the organization. Your primary focus will be to support the sales team by providing insights, demonstrations, and product evaluations that can convert potential leads into satisfied customers. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients in diverse market sectors.
  • Act as a technical expert to address client inquiries and provide insightful information.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals and response documents with relevant product information.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Assist in the formation of competitive strategies to position the company effectively in the market.
  • Invite feedback from existing customers to improve future product demonstrations and offerings.

  • Maintain sustained relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential clientele.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and sales processes accurately.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and contribute to closing sales deals effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Presales Executive or relevant role in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market and client data accurately and assess needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and related sales enablement tools effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
