We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing educational environment. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a critical role in fostering the intellectual and social development of children during their formative years. Your primary aim will be to create and implement a safe, healthy, and stimulating educational environment that integrates play and interactive activities to enhance learning at all levels. You will collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to enrich the lives of young children and support each child's path to lifelong learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement educational exercises that facilitate preschool children's cognitive development.
• Create a secure and welcoming classroom environment for all preschool students.
• Develop daily and weekly plans to ensure students meet learning milestones.
• Incorporate various teaching methods, tools, and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
• Observe and assess children's progress and provide resources and support as necessary.
• Maintain open communication with parents about their children's educational journey.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to foster a satisfying learning environment.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to students during their developmental stages.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations ensuring a safe classroom environment.
• Manage class activities and events, including field trips and special performances.
• Ensure classroom environments are tidy, organized, and conducive to learning.
• Promote self-esteem and confidence among students through positive reinforcement.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role for children aged 3-5.
• Knowledgeable in classroom management and preschool educational best practices.
• Caring personality with a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute creative educational activities.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with parents and other education professionals.
• CPR and first aid certification is a plus for candidate selection.
