Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in improving the mobility and quality of life for patients experiencing physical discomfort and disabilities. Your expertise in human anatomy and movement will be essential to assess patient conditions, develop personalized therapeutic treatments, and ensure effective rehabilitation. You will work closely with patients who have varying needs, from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals experiencing chronic pain. This position requires a compassionate and patient-centered approach, as well as strong communication skills to provide clear instructions and motivational support to patients. Your contribution will not only speed up recovery processes but also empower patients to achieve a higher level of physical independence and well-being.


Responsibilities

  • Assess physical condition and functional abilities for patient treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation programs for patients.
  • Perform therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient recovery and care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress efficiently.
  • Evaluate and demonstrate proper use of equipment and assistive devices for safety.
  • Carry out patient consultations to assess initial conditions and develop care plans.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in physiotherapy techniques and related healthcare fields.
  • Advocate for patient health and well-being throughout the recovery process.
  • Ensure a supportive and encouraging environment during all therapy sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as a practicing physiotherapist in the state of intended practice.
  • Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting as a physiotherapist.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and therapy techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build patient rapport.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and training in physiotherapy.
