Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing our brand and product offerings to potential clients in various locations. This dynamic role involves engaging with customers in diverse environments such as trade shows, retail settings, and customer premises. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct customer engagement.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to potential customers.
  • Provide excellent product knowledge and advice to clients and prospects.
  • Observe market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and threats.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively with various client levels.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any client queries or concerns promptly.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge relevant to the sales industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in an external sales or field sales position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with a high degree of drive and ambition.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work outside typical office hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software tools advantageous.
