Job Description

The Operations & Client Support Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent support to clients within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments for seamless coordination.
  • Provide training and support to team members on handling client queries effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client support activities and successes for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all operational activities.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve client service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations or client support roles preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required for client engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on proactive issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal outcomes.
