Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team and help maintain the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Greet and direct visitors, providing them with appropriate information and assistance.
  • Support the administrative team in various day-to-day operations and special projects.
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal use.
  • Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and report any necessary repairs.
  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings, including logistics and catering.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, ensuring cohesive operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with basic office equipment.
  • Reliable and dependable, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
