An Odoo Functional Analyst plays a crucial role in leveraging Odoo's capabilities to drive business efficiency and streamline operations. As an Odoo Functional Analyst, you will be tasked with understanding business processes, defining requirements, and configuring Odoo ERP solutions to meet those requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of the functional components of Odoo and the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable insights. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management, to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of the Odoo system. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, experience in business process optimization, and in-depth knowledge of the Odoo platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes, diagnose problems and design optimal Odoo solutions.
• Configure and customize the Odoo ERP system to meet business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to convert functional specifications into technical solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements for existing Odoo system implementations.
• Develop detailed documentation, including system design, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure optimal use of the Odoo system.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solution integrity and performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on Odoo system performance and usage metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage Odoo capabilities accordingly.
• Assist with change management to facilitate smooth adoption of new Odoo functionalities.
• Liaise with external consultants to resolve Odoo ERP issues and enhance system capabilities.

Requirements
