Job Description

As an Odoo Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business operations by utilizing your expertise in the Odoo platform. You will be responsible for examining business requirements, configuring the Odoo ERP system accordingly, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize performance and streamline operations. This role demands a deep understanding of business processes and the capacity to translate those into technical specifications. Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for leveraging Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments and configure Odoo applications as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into Odoo configurations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Odoo-related issues.
  • Design and implement customized modules and workflows in Odoo for specific business needs.
  • Create detailed documentation on Odoo configurations, processes, and system interfaces.
  • Train end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices to maximize system efficiency.
  • Monitor Odoo system performance and suggest improvements for scalability and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of third-party applications with Odoo.
  • Implement updates and upgrades to existing Odoo systems with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Regularly report on project status, challenges, and solutions to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Odoo implementation and functional analysis in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Odoo ERP modules, including sales, inventory, and accounting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and leading cross-functional project teams.
