Job Description

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in our sales team by promoting and selling our portfolio of healthcare products to medical professionals and healthcare facilities. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of our products and the healthcare industry to build relationships with key stakeholders, identify sales opportunities, and enhance the visibility and market penetration of our products. Working closely with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers, you will ensure our products are effectively represented and align with the specific needs of the healthcare community. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and a genuine dedication to improving patient care through innovative medical solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers within the healthcare sector.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities for product growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that amplify brand presence.
  • Provide timely feedback to product developers on market needs and competitor activities.
  • Manage an assigned sales territory to maximize sales and meet sales targets.
  • Attend healthcare conferences and trade shows to enhance product knowledge and exposure.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns, working closely with customer service as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies when engaging clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven sales experience within the medical or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently over time.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Proficient in using CRM and other sales management software applications.
