Job Description

The Marketing Executive at 25N25 will be a key player in our dynamic and innovative team, responsible for driving the company's brand forward and contributing to our growth strategy. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling marketing strategies that align with business goals. An ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The successful candidate will be strategic, innovative, and have excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and audiences.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce consistent marketing materials.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including planning, targeting, and execution.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop promotional materials and liaise with external vendors for their production.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and partners contributing to marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and maintain the company’s brand image and voice across all platforms.
  • Lead strategy meetings and contribute fresh ideas for marketing initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product lineup and value propositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role for three years.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles and their implementation.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments effectively.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms is advantageous.
