We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join our dynamic quality assurance team. Responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed manual test cases for software applications.
• Identify, document, and report software defects in a timely manner.
• Analyze test results to ensure software meets or exceeds specified standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and functionalities.
• Conduct regression testing to verify fixes for detected issues.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test scripts.
• Participate in requirement review sessions to provide QA insights.
• Help identify testing strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Assist in prioritizing bug fixes and software improvements based on severity.
• Perform user acceptance testing to ensure end-user requirements are met.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing.
• Continuously enhance testing methodologies by implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manual Tester in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management software.
• Experience in testing web-based or mobile applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
