The Manager, User Experience (UX) Design plays a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the user experience across digital platforms. This position is responsible for leading a team of UX designers, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and effective user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX design principles, a passion for creating user-centered designs, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with 2 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage UX design teams successfully.
• Strong understanding of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex design concepts clearly.
• Proven track record of delivering successful user-centric digital products.
