Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies inventory and handle procurement of new supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system for easy document retrieval and storage.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times.
  • Provide support in maintaining office cleanliness and ensuring a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential for this role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment operation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
