Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement software solutions using Java programming language.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design innovative software solutions and applications.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing Java application software.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle of software applications.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code following best practices and standards.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss projects, proposals, and ideas for improvements.
• Collaborate with QA specialists to verify software functionality and performance.
• Create and update technical documentation related to software specifications and processes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate those into the development process.
• Provide training and support to the development team and other stakeholders when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
• Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and project requirements seamlessly.
