Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
• Manage changes to project scopes, schedules, and costs using appropriate techniques.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards set by stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report issues if they arise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and distribute to stakeholders.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques for evaluation.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members or supplement expertise when needed.
• Communicate project expectations, goals, and progress effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Track project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure efficient collaboration.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the IT sector.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication abilities are essential.
• Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus but not mandatory for the role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities under tight deadlines.
