As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring that both worlds align to meet the strategic objectives of the organization. You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, translating these into functional specifications, and acting as a liaison between the business units and the IT development team. Your ability to analyze, communicate, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment will be essential to drive technology and process improvements. You will facilitate discussions and workshops, lead testing activities, and ensure that project deliverables meet the agreed-upon requirements and goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis to gather business requirements and process workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst within an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT processes and available technology solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and specification skills.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools and software applications for documentation.
