Responsibilities

• Stay updated on IT advancements to suggest improvements for business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a relevant IT position.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating workflow diagrams and business process models.
• Experience with various software development methodologies is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and software, such as JIRA or Confluence.
