Job Description

As an International Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality support to our diverse, global clientele. You will be the main point of contact for international customers, handling inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across different time zones. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers from various cultural backgrounds. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement. We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for customer service and a high level of attention to detail, capable of working independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately across various channels.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions and feedback to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer processes.
  • Document customer interactions and track issues for continual improvement in service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to management.
  • Ensure knowledge of product functionalities and company policies to accurately answer questions.
  • Assist in the development and updating of customer support documentation and resources.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal service disruption.
  • Provide training and support to new international support team members to ensure quality support.
  • Adapt to new tools and technologies to support customers more efficiently and improve service.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and report insights to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support or a similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, any additional languages are an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for diverse international clients.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to address client issues.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is highly desirable.
