As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the heart of our sales process, driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone calls and emails.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers virtually.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate to clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document client interactions and sales progress accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies and protocols.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
  • Assist in resolving client queries and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to track personal and team achievements.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to company revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a comparable customer service role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and practices to track client interactions effectively.
  • Ability to learn and understand product knowledge thoroughly to assist potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills to handle customers' concerns appropriately.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience closing sales deals successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales metrics and customer data critically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as necessary.
