Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone calls and emails.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers virtually.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate to clients.
Utilize CRM systems to document client interactions and sales progress accurately and timely.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies and protocols.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
Assist in resolving client queries and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to track personal and team achievements.
Participate in training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to company revenue goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in inside sales or a comparable customer service role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and practices to track client interactions effectively.
Ability to learn and understand product knowledge thoroughly to assist potential clients.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Exhibits strong problem-solving skills to handle customers' concerns appropriately.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience closing sales deals successfully.
Strong analytical skills to assess sales metrics and customer data critically.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as necessary.
