Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company by effectively managing and growing customer relationships. You will engage with potential clients, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that our customer’s needs are met with the best solutions we offer. Operating predominantly over the phone and through electronic communications, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, guiding prospects through the buying process, and closing sales deals from within the office. Your ability to understand client needs and provide meaningful insights will be critical to achieving set sales goals. With a keen sense of initiative and adaptability, you will help expand our customer base and contribute to the company's growth.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through research and networking in provided market sectors.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries from prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations via phone and online platforms.
  • Maintain an accurate record of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Prepare and send sales proposals tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Negotiate prices and terms in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and close rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales tactics and strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge on industry trends and our product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in inside sales or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish meaningful client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
