Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to better understand customer requirements and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into successful sales by providing exceptional service.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and objections.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members to promote a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle rejection and objections positively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
