Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate or large organizational setting.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations and performance management practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience in leading diversity and inclusion initiatives within an organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and reporting purposes.
