Job Description

As an HR Officer, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace. The HR Officer position involves implementing HR policies, handling recruitment processes, performance management, and employee relations. You will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, assisting in fostering a positive organizational culture and driving employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, the HR Officer will assist in training and development activities to ensure that the workforce remains skilled and competent. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively are essential attributes for this role. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues and queries.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to induct new employees effectively.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate organizational risks.
  • Coordinate and execute employee benefit programs to enhance overall employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Officer.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment law.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality is essential.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
