Job Description

The HR Officer plays a pivotal role in managing the human resources operations of an organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a human resources role or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities within a professional setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
