Job Description

The HR Generalist is a pivotal role within an organization, tasked with overseeing a range of human resources responsibilities. This position is essential in ensuring a productive and harmonious workplace by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. The HR Generalist acts as a bridge between the management and employees, promoting organizational values and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day HR activities and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads and organizing resumes.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in interview coordination.
  • Implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts amicably.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR matters.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for policy improvement.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to boost team morale and motivation.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee benefits, payroll, and compensation questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and labor law application.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
